BP&Solution ("the Company") values the privacy of users of the Quantify CVA app and related website, and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

We may collect account information (email), assessment data (sample names, scores, notes), and device information (OS version, device model) during app use. Payment information is handled directly by the App Store / Google Play and is not stored by the Company.
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used solely to provide the service, synchronize assessment data, offer customer support, and improve the service through error analysis.
3. Retention and Deletion
When a user deletes their account or discontinues use of the service, personal information is deleted without delay, except where retention is required by applicable law.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
The Company does not share personal information with third parties without user consent. Cloud infrastructure providers used for synchronization handle data under separate agreements and their own privacy policies.
