The Company provides a digital assessment tool built on the SCA Coffee Value Assessment framework. Part or all of the Service may change without prior notice.

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms while using the Service, and must not collect, alter, or delete another user's assessment data without authorization.

Intellectual property rights to content, design, and logos within the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners and may not be used without prior consent.

The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or communication failures.
